I got lost somewhere along the way....

Woahhhhh July - my beloved birth month and always notoriously bad to my waistline - hit me with a ton of bricks. I had a wonderful time, actually a little too good of a time 😂 I'm honestly blessed to see another year and get to experience so much in my life and have amazing family and friends. So after doing some self reflection this morning and thinking about where I go from here, I realized the biggest obstacle I face in my life is myself. No one else can push me to achieve my goals and no one can be blamed for my problems.

We're all given one shot at life and it is only what we make of it. Today I decided I'm done sitting on the fence. Done with only pushing myself only so far to where I make changes but still remain in my comfort zone. 30 is right around the corner and I will grab it by the horns! I refuse to look at this milestone in my life with the notion it is some sort of end to my youth.

So this is day 1 - ALEX VS. ALEX and I WILL WIN!
