Did you know Valentine's day happened?!

I'm not a huge fan of the proclaimed day of love, mostly because those candies normally taste like crap. But also because I really feel like we should love each other and be sweet EVERY DAY. My boyfriend and I have been blessed to tolerate each other for 5 years now. He was incredibly sweet and took me down to the beach for some wine and stargazing in the bed of the truck.

Unfortunately we didn't account for the wind that comes with being so close to the shore and 60 degrees ended up feeling like 30 degrees lol! We spent a few hours snuggled up under a blanket, drinking wine and looking up at the stars. Which reminds me I should take an astronomy course if it fits in to my degree plan somewhere. It was incredibly perfect and I didn't have to shave my legs. Win win.
